Accreditation CIL 2021
Agropolychim AD, Central Testing Laboratory, received accreditation from the Executive Agency Bulgarian Accreditation Service (EA BAS) according to the requirements of BDS EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.”
Accreditation under this standart assesses laboratories as a conformity assessment body. EA BAS is a full member of the European Accreditation Service (EA).
The initial accreditation of the laboratory according to the requirements of this standard is in 2004, and in 2019 it successfully passed the assessment of the transition to the new standard from 2018.
CIL has introduced an approved Management System according to the requirements of BDS EN ISO / IEC 17025:2018, which is kept up to date and is subject to periodic inspections by EA BAS.
The accreditation is for 4 years – the first year in an assessment, in the following years the first and the second planned supervisions are forthcoming in compliance with the requirements of BAS QR 2 “Accreditation Procedure” of EA BAS. During the assessments and planned supervisions, the relevance of the SU is assessed through evidence, including impartiality, risk assessment, resource requirements: competence of staff, premises, technical means and their metrological traceability, products and services supplied by external suppliers, as well as process requirements: applied methods for testing, verification and validation, manipulation of test and calibration objects, sampling, uncertainty, ensuring, validity of results, reporting of results, etc.
This year the laboratory of “Agropolychim” AD has passed and assessment for re-accreditation and expansion of the scope of accreditation from 25.05.2021. to 28.05.2021 and receives a Certificate for accreditation without violating the work of the laboratory.
The scope of CIL accreditation (accredited part) includes testing of certain product characteristics: ammonium nitrate, urea, liquid nitrogen fertilizer, potassium fertilizers, inorganic complex solid fertilizers, inorganic complex liquid fertilizers, phosphorus granular fertilizers, technical nitric acid, drinking water, water (surface and waste, waste (sludge, calcium reaction waste, emissions of harmful substances released into the atmosphere from stationary sources, gas flow parameters and sampling of: waste water, sludge, emissions).
