“Future talents’ factory” – season 1 successfully completed
In 2025, Agropolychim launched a new internship and traineeship initiative under the name “Future talents’ factory” The program was created to support young people with limited or no prior professional experience as they take their first steps in career development, by bridging education and real-life corporate practice.
The first edition welcomed two trainees and three interns, who joined different teams and departments across the company. Throughout the program, they had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills through hands-on tasks, real working processes, and direct collaboration with experienced professionals.

Program Structure
The initiative officially started on 1 July 2025, when participants attended a series of training sessions aimed at developing key behavioural competencies, including job interview preparation, effective communication, presentation skills, and reflection and self-awareness. Throughout the entire period, the participants received continuous support and guidance from the Human Resources team, which designed and coordinated the program.
Interns and Trainees – Different Roles, One Shared Purpose
The initiative includes two participant profiles:
Interns – second- or third-year university students taking their first professional steps and becoming familiar with the company’s working processes, teams, and environment.
Trainees – young professionals with completed secondary or higher education, who take a deeper involvement in departmental activities and work on practical, project-based assignments.
Real Projects and Measurable Results
At the end of August, the interns successfully completed their participation, while the trainees continued until the end of the year. During that period, they combined daily operational tasks with project work assigned by their mentors, focused on addressing real challenges and improvement opportunities within the teams.
The solutions developed by the trainees were presented in December 2025, during the official closing event of the first season of “Future talents’ factory.” One of the trainees, Mihail Georgiev, turned his participation into an opportunity for long-term professional growth and has already joined the engineering team of the Technical Supervision and Metrology Department.

Added Value
For participants, the program provides valuable hands-on experience, helps build confidence in performing professional tasks, and supports the development of both technical and communication skills. Working alongside established specialists and engaging in real business cases contributes to clearer career orientation and a stronger foundation for future professional development.
For the company, the involvement of young talents brings fresh perspectives and new ideas, while also encouraging colleagues to take on mentoring roles and support knowledge sharing. The initiative creates an opportunity for early identification and attraction of future specialists and lays the foundation for a sustainable model for talent development within Agropolychim.
