With a focus on the future and dedicated support for young talent development, Agropolychim is launching its enhanced internship and trainee programs for 2025. This initiative forms part of our long-term strategy to attract promising young professionals and establish Agropolychim as an employer of choice among young talent.
Opportunities for Development and Real-World Experience
We offer several program types:
Internship Program (July – August)
Suitable for university students who have completed their second year of studies. Internships are paid and include soft skills training, mentorship, and direct involvement in real projects.

Intern in Technological Unit “Nitric Acid”
Intern in Machinery and Equipment Diagnostics and Non-Destructive Testing
Intern in Occupational Health and Safety
Intern in Technological Unit “Liquid Ammonia Storage”
Trainee Program (July – December)
Designed for recent graduates and students with little to no professional experience. This paid program lasts six months and includes specialized technical training with the potential for long-term employment within the company.

Unpaid Internships for Educational Requirements

International Students
