Discover Your Mission with “Manager for a Day” at Agropolychim
On 22 and 23 October, young people will have the opportunity to discover Agropolychim from the inside. They will explore the bigger picture of our business and immerse themselves in one of three missions – Production & Maintenance, Commercial, and Logistics – each offering a different perspective on how a large industrial company operates.
Over the two days, the focus will go beyond production facilities, technologies and processes. Most importantly, it will be on the people behind them – the responsibilities they take on, the questions they seek to answer, the challenges that help them grow, the teams they bring together, and everything that often remains unseen behind a job title.
This year, we are taking the next step. Responding to feedback from previous participants, we are expanding the initiative from one day to two, because experience has shown us that one day is simply not enough.
On 22 and 23 October, participants will take part in two connected experiences.
22 October | SEE. ASK.
The bigger picture.
Our guests will discover Agropolychim, visit our production facilities and learn more about the activities, functions and professions across the company.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions during a special edition of Future Talks.
Future Talks is our format for direct dialogue between young people and Agropolychim’s management team – a conversation about career paths, important choices, professional challenges and the future of the industry.
23 October | EXPERIENCE.
On 23 October, each participant will spend a full working day alongside their chosen manager at Agropolychim.
From 08:30 to 16:00, participants will attend real meetings, explore current tasks and business cases, see how different teams work together, and experience first-hand the pace and responsibility that come with a management role.
They will not simply observe – they will experience it.

🏭 Mission: Production & Maintenance
What does it take to keep a large industrial operation running every day?
This mission brings together production management, maintenance, automation and the day-to-day coordination of industrial processes.
Participants will discover how people, technology and equipment work together; how technical and operational priorities are set; how engineering knowledge is applied in practice; and the role automation plays in modern industrial production.

📈 Mission: Commercial
How do our products make their way from the production site to customers?
Participants will discover how products manufactured at our plant reach the market and how customer relationships, partnerships and negotiations translate into real commercial decisions. They will also see how the commercial function connects production, logistics and customers as part of one integrated process.
If you are interested in business, market dynamics, sales and negotiations with partners, this could be the right direction for you.

🚚 Mission: Logistics
Behind every on-time delivery is an entire system of people, transport and precise coordination.
Participants will learn how the movement of raw materials, supplies and finished products is organised, how transportation is planned, and how different teams work together to make sure everything reaches the right place at the right time.
