“Future talents’ factory” – the first piece of the professional journey

At the beginning of every career there is a moment of discovery – when knowledge gained at university or school meets the realities of the professional environment. It is a time when questions are many, opportunities seem endless, and the most important step is taking that first confident move forward.

At Agropolychim, we believe that this first professional experience can provide young people with direction and confidence. When they have the opportunity to work side by side with experienced professionals, participate in real tasks and see how a large industrial company operates, they begin to shape their professional outlook and understand the possibilities ahead of them.

This is why we created the “Future talents’ factory” programme – an initiative through which internships and traineeships become the first piece of the puzzle in building a professional career.

Following its successful launch in 2025, the programme will take place for the second time in 2026, as part of Agropolychim’s long-term commitment to supporting the development of young professionals.

Real experience in a real industrial environment

Participants in the programme have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the work of one of the largest industrial enterprises in Bulgaria. Production processes, technological operations, maintenance activities and supporting business functions allow young people to gain first-hand insight into how a complex modern industrial system operates.

Throughout the programme, participants work on real assignments, learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to different areas of the company’s operations – from production and automation to finance, power engineering, logistics and technical maintenance.

As a result, interns and trainees have the opportunity to:

  • gain valuable hands-on experience;

  • work with modern technologies and industrial processes;

  • develop both technical and communication skills;

  • receive mentorship from experienced professionals;

  • build professional connections and gain a clearer vision of their future career path.

Two programmes – one starting point

Internship Programme (July – August)

The Internship Programme is designed for university students who have completed at least their second year of study.

Over the course of two months, participants become familiar with the company’s working environment, contribute to real tasks and gain valuable knowledge through collaboration with experienced specialists. The programme allows them to explore modern technologies and industry practices while taking their first professional steps.

Open internship positions:

Trainee Programme (July – December)

The Trainee Programme is intended for young people who have recently completed secondary or higher education and are taking their first steps in the professional world.

The programme runs for six months and includes work on specific assignments and projects under the guidance of a mentor. At the end of the programme, participants present the results of their work, and successful candidates may be offered the opportunity to continue their professional development within Agropolychim.

Open trainee positions:

Training, mentorship and development

In addition to practical work, both interns and trainees participate in training sessions focused on behavioural and professional skills that support their transition into the working environment.

Topics include communication skills, interview preparation, time management and self-reflection – competencies that are valuable not only for a first job, but for long-term professional growth.

The combination of real work experience, structured training and mentorship makes the programme a valuable opportunity for young people to build a solid foundation for their careers.

Where real skills begin

Large industrial processes begin with small but precise actions – the first machine adjustment, the first laboratory analysis, the first solution to a real technical or business challenge. These are the moments when knowledge turns into skills and professional curiosity evolves into a clear career path.

Through “Future talents’ factory”, Agropolychim offers young people the opportunity to experience this reality – to see how a complex industrial system functions and to become part of the teams that develop and improve it every day.

If you would like to see how knowledge turns into practice and how industry creates real impact, explore the open positions and apply.
