“Manager for a Day” at Agropolychim – October 23
Inspiring the Future by Opening the Doors of the Real Working Environment to Students and Young Professionals
Since 2016, Agropolychim has been an active participant in the national initiative “Manager for a Day” by JA Bulgaria – an event that inspires young people and gives them the chance to step into the real world of business.
On October 23, 2025, we will once again welcome high school students (11th and 12th grade) and university students up to 29 years of age, who will have the opportunity to spend a day in a real working environment, side by side with our specialists and managers.
Participants will:
- Discover different professions within the company;
- Gain valuable hands-on experience;
- Receive inspiration and clearer guidance for their future careers.
The practical knowledge and skills they acquire will help them make more informed choices about their future profession and build confidence in their personal and professional development.
They can expect positive emotions, meaningful connections, and some surprises – while for us, it is another opportunity to share what it truly means to be part of Agropolychim.
