Agropolychim participates in JA Bulgaria’s “Manager for a Day”
For the eighth consecutive year, Agropolychim joined JA Bulgaria’s national initiative “Manager for a Day.” This year, we were pleased to welcome 11 students from Varna, Dobrich, and Ruse.
The students took on responsibilities in the departments of Ecology and Climate Change, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, Production, and IT. Together with their mentors, they experienced a real working day filled with hands-on challenges and important decision-making.
At the end of the inspiring day, each participant received a special certificate from Agropolychim and a commemorative backpack.
