CO2 Emissions Utilization Project
Over the last 4 years we at Agropolychim have been focusing our efforts on the transition from linear to circular economy.
In 2013, together with Sol Bulgaria, part of SOL GROUP, we have implemented a project for the utilization of CO2 emissions from the production of ammonia. The emissions are cooled down and liquefied in a new and modern installation. The liquid СО2 has lots of applications in the food and beverage industry and in medicine.
Since the beginning of 2017 we have been using СО2 emissions as acidity regulator as well, in the purifying stations for industrial waste water.
Our СО2 emissions utilization project is a good example of applying circular economy principles and is a step towards reducing the company’s carbon footprint.
